Founded in 1987, the EIFS Council of Canada (ECC), a national not-for-profit industry trade association, represents the overall EIFS industry in Canada. The ECC membership is comprised of EIFS manufacturers and distributors, OEM component suppliers, EIFS contractors, building science/design consultants, design firms, affiliates and financial services companies. The ECC serves as the “official voice” of the EIFS industry with a mandate to provide for the advancement and growth of the industry, through advocacy, education and marketing
The ECC is uniquely qualified to draw from its diverse network of vested stakeholders, enabling it to both explore and strengthen EIFS’ leading building science foundations and value-proposition. In conjunction with its ongoing research, the ECC insures technology transfer through the development of training and education programs, partnering with educational institutions and professional associations across Canada.
